Boomerent brings transparency to the tenant side — with AI that reads commercial leases, costs and deadlines. We're looking for someone who makes decisions and truly moves things forward: direct access to the founders, real impact, no coffee-fetching.
Your tasks
- Help shape our core topics — real estate, AI and sustainability.
- Own and drive your own topics, rather than just assisting.
- Work directly with the founders in an early, fast-growing startup.
- Depending on your strengths: research, content/marketing, product or operations.
Your profile
- You enjoy making decisions and getting things done.
- Interest in PropTech, AI and/or sustainability.
- Enrolled student, available approx. 20 hrs/week.
- Independent, reliable working style; strong German.
