Wildau, 4 September 2026 – On 17 September, FUSION 2026 brings startups, investors and companies from Berlin and Brandenburg together at Reaktor Wildau. Boomerent is taking part this year: Ron van de Sand joins the deep-tech programme with a focus on artificial intelligence.
For Boomerent, the event takes place right at its own location. Reaktor Wildau is not only the host of FUSION, but also the startup and innovation environment Boomerent is based in.
AI meets real-world property data
At the centre of the deep-tech track, one question matters to us above all: How does capable AI become a dependable product for everyday business?
Boomerent is building a platform that reads and analyses commercial leases, addenda and service-charge statements automatically. The AI does not work with standardised datasets, but with real documents from real-estate practice.
Leases can have grown over decades, be altered by several addenda, and carry contradictory information about floor areas, costs or deadlines. What matters is therefore not only recognising information automatically, but preparing it so that it is traceable and dependable.
It is exactly at this interface between AI models, real documents and productive use that FUSION becomes interesting.
Startup ecosystem in Wildau
With the Technische Hochschule Wildau, Reaktor Wildau and the proximity to Berlin, a growing environment for technology-driven ventures is taking shape in Wildau.
FUSION brings this ecosystem together for one day: with more than 30 speakers, startup pitches and several thematic tracks around deep tech, the energy transition, artificial intelligence and entrepreneurship.
For Boomerent, the event is therefore both a home game and an opportunity to exchange ideas with other founders, companies and investors.
Meet Boomerent at FUSION 2026
Will you be in Wildau on 17 September? Then do come and talk to us.
We are especially looking forward to exchanges with companies that rent commercial space – from retail and restaurants to offices and practice locations – and with teams working on AI, document analysis or PropTech solutions themselves.
