Wildau, March to June 2026 — “German bureaucracy is slow.” You hear it at founder events and on LinkedIn. Founding Boomerent GmbH was the opposite. Work on the paperwork began in March. Once it was in place the rest moved fast: ten working days passed between the finished articles of association and the tax number. Notarisation took place on 2 June 2026, the business account was open within 24 hours, and the bank's confirmation of the paid-in share capital arrived after five hours. The commercial register filing went out the next day, the trade registration was done the same day, and the tax number came through after 48 hours. In parallel, a funding application was prepared and uploaded five days after the initial funding meeting. That is not months and not weeks — provided the paperwork is right. Nothing was cut short: every step took the regular route, without the waiting in between. The company was founded by Stephan Thiel and Dr. Ron van de Sand in Wildau, Brandenburg.
